Improved merch called “output”. The kind of flowchart I enjoy.
Wow.
Oh. Wow. The giraffe drink must taste weird. I would also die for a medium format camera.

I had heard ‘Bullet With Butterfly Wings” on the radio when I was about 7 or 8. My dad was going to turn the car off and I frantically told him “no! Leave it!” After that, a few days later we went to the mall. My parents went off to do something boring like go to a department store, and they felt I was old enough to go out on my own for 30 minutes. They gave me 20 dollars (a lot of money for an 8 year old!) and said to go buy some music after dropping me off at this store called with The Wall (now defunct). I remember going immediately to the S’s and got “Melloncollie and the Infinite Sadness,” scratched the parental advisory sticker, and presented it to my parents, change and all.
After listening to the album nonstop, “Tonight, Tonight” gave me some kind of high. The orchestral swoops, the gorgeous melodies — everything just hit me. It became one of my favorite songs at the tender age of 8.
Michael on choosing to cover “Tonight, Tonight”.
